Taiwanese jewelry brand Vacanza Accessory is launching pop-up shops across Japan to captivate jewelry enthusiasts and spread the appeal of Vacanza as it enters the Japanese market.
The brand name “Vacanza” means “vacation” in Italian, reflecting the joy of selecting the perfect accessory. Small moments of happiness are easy to forget in our fast-paced world, but Vacanza is dedicated to making them last, as conveyed by its brand message: Accessories Make Daily Life Become Vacanza.
Embodying this brand message, the pop-up shop aims to provide an experience that directly appeals to the five senses. Every detail was meticulously planned, from the selection of materials to the spatial design, to ensure the jewelry is more than just displayed.
The space was created by STUDIO DIG., a design studio renowned for its attention to detail and skillful creation of spaces that utilize the full potential of materials. STUDIO DIG.’s simple, sophisticated designs eliminate excess elements to strike a pleasing balance of functionality and beauty. They appeal not only to the eyes, but to all of the senses including touch and hearing, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
While the pop-up shop reflects STUDIO DIG.’s sense of aesthetics, it was primarily designed to introduce Japanese consumers to the Vacanza brand. Vacanza chose to stand out by using only carefully selected materials, unlike typical Japanese pop-up shops cluttered with diverse materials and elements. The result is a simple, sophisticated display that highlights the products themselves.
